- You may not interfere with or disrupt the website or services.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

- You may not transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
- You may not collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
- You may not use an eligibility number that is not yours.
- You may not use any automated means, such as bots or scripts, to access or use the website without our prior written consent.
3.1 Service Description
- The Saudi Medical Scheduler offers two primary services: Automated Exam Scheduling and Automated Exam Rescheduling.
- The Automated Exam Scheduling service allows users to automatically schedule an available exam seat based on their specified criteria.
- The Automated Exam Rescheduling service enables users to reschedule their scheduled exams, subject to availability and potential fees. (currently unavailable)
3.2 Service Limitations
- The availability of exam seats is subject to change and is not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the exam information provided on the website.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Eligibility Requirements
- To use the Automated Exam Scheduling and Rescheduling services, users must have a valid SCFHS eligibility number and meet all relevant eligibility criteria for the specific exam they wish to schedule or reschedule.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that they meet all eligibility requirements before using our services.
- Users are responsible for any errors in their inputs (e.g. incorrect eligibility number) when using the Automated Exam Scheduling and Rescheduling services form.
4.1 Pricing Structure
- The Saudi Medical Scheduler offers Automated Exam Scheduling and Rescheduling Services.
- We will charge you the exam fees (1115 SAR) in advance when you purchase the Automated Exam Scheduling service.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Methods
- All payments are processed securely through EdfaPay payment gateway.
4.3 Payment Processing Fees
- There may be additional payment processing fees associated with certain payment methods. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
5.1 Refund Policy
We offer two types of refunds:
- Full Refund (Service Fee + Exam Fee): Issued automatically if our service is unable to find an available exam seat within the date range and locations specified in your original order. Refunds are processed within 14-30 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Partial Refund (Exam Fee Only): Issued for approved cancellations. The service fee is non-refundable.
Once our service has successfully found and scheduled an exam seat for you, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
5.2 Cancellation Policy
- You may request to cancel your order at anytime. To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
- Once a cancellation request is received and approved, you will receive a partial refund of the exam fee only. The service fee is non-refundable.
- No cancellations are allowed once the service has successfully booked an exam seat for you.
5.3 Order Edits
- While we are working to implement a direct order editing feature on our website, you can currently request an edit to your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or email
- Edit requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. You are allowed one edit per order.
- Please note that order editing is a manual process and may take up to one business day to complete. It is possible that our system may find and book an exam seat based on your original order criteria before we are able to process your edit. In such cases, we will be unable to modify the booking further. However, you may be able to edit your scheduled exam directly on the Prometric website, subject to their terms and conditions.
6.1 Data Collection
- We collect personal information from you when you register for an account, book or reschedule an exam, or contact us.
- The information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, national id, and SCFHS eligibility number.
6.2 Use of Data
We use the personal information you provide to:
- Process your exam bookings and reschedulings.
- Send you notifications about exam availability.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Improve our website and services.
6.3 Data Security
- We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
- We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure servers, to protect your data.
